By using our website or purchasing any plan (Premium, Advanced, Standard or Free), you fully agree to these Terms. Read carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By clicking "Choose Plan", registering or making any purchase, you declare to have read, understood and accepted these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Description of Services

The jfaviationservices. with offers subscription plans for the publication of aircraft announcements, with different levels of exposure and access to specific categories (as described in plan sections). The ads sent are pending until the moderators approve.

3. Register and Data Collection

To use our services, you need to create an account. We collect the following data for user security and purchase validation:

• Full name: For identification and contact.
• Email: For communication and account recovery.
• CPF: For identity validation and legal compliance.
• Address: For submission of confirmations or documents, if necessary.
• Telephone: For support and verification.
• Card data: Number, expiration date and CVV, processed safely for payments.

This data is stored with encryption and used exclusively for the purposes mentioned in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

4. Purchase Process

1. Plan Selection: Choose a plan (Premium, Advanced, Standard or Free) by clicking "Choose Plan".
2. Register: Create your login with email, password and requested data (name, number, address, phone).
3. Addition to Cart: Add the desired plan to the cart and review the details.
4. Payment: For paid plans, enter the card or pix data and complete the transaction. The Free Plan does not require payment only added to the cart checkout.
5. Release: After confirmation (immediate to Free or payment approval), the features will be released, but ads will be pending until moderation.

5. Payments and Repayments

• Prices are in real (R$) and subject to changes, except for purchases already made.
• Payments are processed by secure gateways. We do not store complete card data.
• Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the plan has not been used, subject to analysis.

6. Use of Ads

• Announcements shall contain true information about aircraft.
• Photos are limited according to plan (e.g.: 4 photos in the Free Plan).
• Pending announcements will be reviewed by moderators and released according to quality criteria.
• Violation of the rules can result in suspension of the account.

7. Limitations of Liability

The jfaviationservices. with no responsibility for transactions between users arising from the ads. Use the contact data provided with caution.

8. Moderation and Privacy

• Ads are pending until the moderators approve them, which may reject them for inappropriate content.
• Your personal data is protected under the General Data Protection Act (LGPD) and used only for security and validation.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Notifications will be sent by email, and the latest version will be available on the site.
