1. How does the registration on the platform work?
To use our services, click "Choose Plan" on the desired plan (Premium, Advanced, Standard or Free). You will be redirected to a registration page where you must provide your full name, email, number, address, phone and create a password. After registration, you can access the plans and proceed with purchase or activation.
2. What data is collected and why?
We collect full name, e-mail, number, address, phone number and card data (processed safely) to validate your identity, ensure account security and process payments. This data is stored with encryption and used only for these purposes, according to our Privacy Policy and General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
3. How do I buy a plan?
Select "Choose plan" in the desired plan, register or log in. Add the plan to the cart, review the details and enter the card data for payment (except in the Free Plan, which is free). After payment approval, the resources will be released, but the ads will remain pending until moderation.
4. How long does it take for an ad to be approved?
The ads sent are pending until the moderators review. The approval time may vary, usually between 24 and 48 hours, depending on the volume of shipments and the complexity of the content. You will receive an email notification when the ad is released or rejected.
5. Can I publish ads in all categories of aircraft?
Depends on the plan chosen:
- Premium and Advanced: They allow announcements of turbine/piston aircraft, helicopters, experimental, ultralight, LSA gliders and agricultural models.
- Standard: Limited to turbine/piston planes and helicopters.
- Free: Allows ads with the same Standard categories, but with limit of 5 ads and 4 photos per ad.
6. How many photos can I include in the ads?
If an ad is rejected, you will receive an email notification with the reasons (e.g. incorrect information, inappropriate photos). You can edit the ad and resend it for further moderation.
7. What happens if my ad is rejected?
When the plan expires, your active ads will be deactivated. To keep them, renew the plan before the end. Unapproved pending announcements will be discarded after expiration.
8. Can I cancel the purchase or request a refund?

13. Are there additional fees beyond the value of the plan?
No, the prices displayed (R$ 499.90 to Premium, R$ 289,90 to Advanced, R$ 119.90 for Standard, and Free* for Free) are the total values, without hidden fees, except previously informed changes. At the time of purchase check the installment fees.
14. What does the asterisk mean (*) in the Free Plan?
The asterisk indicates additional conditions such as a limit of 5 ads per user and validity of 3 days. See Terms for full details.
15. Can I use the service in other countries?
Yes, the jfaviationservices. with is available globally, but payments are processed in reals (R$). Check the currency conversion policies with your bank.
