J&F Aviation: It is the portal or website whose address is https://jfaviationservices.com, with all services, resources and tools related to this.
USER: It is people who access https://jfaviationservices. with, whether they're customers or not.
ANNOUNCER(S): It is the people or companies who voluntarily register with J&F Aviation, receiving individual and exclusive identification in order to convey their ads or advertising on the site.
General Information
This document aims to inform the responsibilities, duties and obligations that every USER assumes when accessing J&F Aviation. USER must carefully read the terms of use described on this page before accessing or using J&F Aviation. Access and registration in the J&F Aviation portal implies agreement with such terms of use, as well as the conditions and information described in it.

Responsibility of J&F Aviation
J&F Aviation acts as an ad carrier from several ANUNCIANTS, not acting as a consulting service provider, an aircraft broker, nor intermediating or participating in any business between the USER and the ANUNCIANT(S).
J&F Aviation is not liable for any consequences that may arise from the relationship or negotiation between the USER and the ANUNCIANT(S), whether direct or indirect. If a USER initiates a complaint or legal action against one or more ANUNCIANT(S), all those involved in the claims and legal actions must dismiss J&F Aviation, its employees, agents, representatives and prosecutors from any responsibility.
The SITE is not responsible for the tax obligations that lie in the activities between USER and ANUNCIANT(S) of J&F Aviation. Therefore, when purchasing a good, the consumer must demand the seller's invoice unless he is legally exempt from providing it.
Use of Cookies and Technologies
Through this Terms of Use, the USER accepts to be recognized by the J&F Aviation system through the use of cookies or other technologies. SITE uses such resources to promote continuous improvement of the services provided by J&F Aviation.

Agree that when conducting any business with the ANUNCIANT(S), it does so at its own risk.
Keep your User ID confidential (name and password).
Strictly comply with all the determinations of this term of use.
Portal Registration and Use
USER has the possibility to register with J&F Aviation. Registration is free and subject to analysis, both for the USER and for the ANUNCIANT(S).
If J&F Aviation detects records that appear to belong to the same USER, all records may be disabled.
Intellectual Property
All material presented at https://jfaviationservices. with belongs to J&F Aviation or its customers, partners, ANUNCIANTS and suppliers.
Reproduction of any material without prior written authorization shall be strictly prohibited.
Technological Risks
The USER is responsible for all risks arising from the use of SITE. J&F Aviation and its affiliates will not be responsible for costs arising from the use of the portal.
Changes in the Portal and Terms of Use
J&F Aviation reserves the right to modify or terminate its activities without prior notice to USER.
